It was Gramma's (Nancy Tanner's) birthday, so I had the great idea of going camping at Cades Cove for the night. It was going to be Luke's first real camping trip. Well, the night before, I woke up with the worst sore throat ever. It was so bad, in fact, that I trucked it to the walk in clinic first thing the next morning to make sure it wasn't strep. Thankfully, it was only a bad sinus infection. But regardless, I didn't feel well enough to go camping. So I stayed home while Greg and Luke went. I wish I could have been there. Here are a few of the pictures (of the great trip I missed)....
This is Mr. Camper. He thought he was King of the Campsite!
He liked the tent.
Kept looking up at the top of the tent.
It was so hot that he was walking around without his shirt on.
What a cutie pie!!!
Picnic in the Cove.
"CHEESE"ball
Exploring the old cabins...
Here is a collage I made of 'water time'....
Looking for (and throwing) rocks with Aunt Joy.
That last one is my favorite picture! He looks like such a big boy walking a big dog!
