Welcome family and friends to our baby blog. As most of you know we are expecting our first child, a boy, in July. We will update this page to keep you informed of his arrival. We have yet to decide on a name. Right now we call him BT or Baby Tanner. Hey, it's better than N/A or Blog! We are going with a car theme (woo hoo!) and the colors blue and yellow (with some red cars mixed in). He is going to be our little Speed Racer!
Here is a picture of his ultrasound taken at 20 weeks. He is facing you with his head on the left side.

The Nursery
Here are some pictures of our nursery freshly painted. There will also be 2 dressers in the room as soon as they are painted white to match the crib...very important!
After several baby showers we now have more stuff than storage space. This is what our nursery looked like before we got it all sorted out.
I got the dressers all painted. This one was bought in 1976 and was my changing table as well as my sister, Joy's. Now it will be Baby Tanner's.
Nursery complete with vintage Monte Carlo race advertisements!
Our new Pack-N-Play portable crib:
Here is Pumpkin in the baby bouncy seat. "Mom...I'm just trying it out to make sure it is safe!"
Besides immediately liking cars, our boy will indeed be a TN Vols fan. We have outfits ready to take him to the 2005 season games!
